Location awareness

general knowlege of location of an element on the local file system
useful for completed elements and other plugins could use the given location of a MediaTypeManager or Show

which would mean the awareness has to on an element
which means the MediaTypeManager has to define which type of element can have a location ... probably defaults to all kind of elements
