Plugin to replace SabNZBD and or other downloaders.

Plugin that can accept .nzb/torrent files and do the downloading/run scripts. Just like SabNZBD only without being yet ANOTHER program.

that would require heavy usage of threading and would be big ... it might even work with the codebase from sabnzb

BUT that would involve some form of GUI and currently only mediamanagers can generate a GUI so first we would ne a system that would allow plugins to generate content / widgets on the site
